Hey There, 

I'm so happy you're here :) My name's Laura Lee Peters, but you can call me by my nickname Lau <3

I’m a Nervous System Rehabilitation Specialist with a background in the nutritional science of nervous system repair, the neuroscience of trauma, polyvagal theory, neurodivergence, relational intelligence, and frequency medicine.

My mission is to help you:

1. Heal your nervous system from the effects of chronic stress, anxiety, and people-pleasing tendencies.

So you can finally feel safe, grounded, rested, and at home in your body.

2. Rewire your nervous system patterns so you can live, breathe and speak your truth without guilt, shame, or fear.

Because your voice deserves to be heard. Your needs deserve to be met. And you deserve to be loved for who you truly are.
