I'm so happy you're here! My name's Laura Lee Peters but you can call me by my nickname Lau <3

 

I'm a holistic nutritionist and a trauma-informed somatic practitioner specializing in the neuroscience of trauma and the nutritional science of nervous system repair. ​

My biggest passion is helping highly sensitive people just like you to break free (a.k.a. rebel) from chronic stress, anxiety, and lifelong people-pleasing.

With the help of nutrition, neuroscience, creative art adventures, and just a touch of magic, you'll be stressing a whole lot less and enjoying your life a whole lot more before you know it.
