I'm so happy you're here! My name's Laura Lee Peters but you can call me by my nickname Lau <3

 

I'm a holistic nutritionist, a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, and a sound healer specializing in the neuroscience of trauma and the nutritional science of nervous system repair. ​

My biggest passion is helping people just like you to heal and break free (a.k.a. rebel) from anxiety, life long people pleasing, and the energetic ties that are no longer serving them.

Our mission is to create a safe and empowering space for women seeking deeper connection — with themselves, each other, and the rhythms of nature. These gatherings are designed to help you:

  • Set intentions for the month ahead

  • Reconnect using supportive rituals and the power of community
