Transform Your Triggers - The Workshop

Transform Your Triggers-2.png

You know those moments when someone says that thing, or something doesn’t go as planned, and suddenly you feel it — the heat rising in your chest, your heart pounding, the racing thoughts, and overwhelming emotions rising to the surface.

You’re not broken, overreacting, or “too sensitive.”

Your nervous system is simply doing its job — trying to keep you safe.

But when your triggers run the show, you end up stuck in the same patterns — snapping at the people you love, shutting down in the middle of conflict, overthinking everything, or feeling emotionally wiped out from the smallest things.

This workshop is your first step to changing that.

The Feelings First Aid Kit - Mini Course

Studies show that play has the ability to improve vagal tone which is a fancy way of saying that it helps to release stored stress from the nervous system - and it does it so fast it's bananas. Play is also great for building emotional resilience and a sense of safety—especially for those recovering from trauma.

So if you're tired of feeling like life is so serious all the time - this program will help to lighten things up a bit for you and your nervous system too!

FAQ's - because we've all got them right?

Here's everything and anything else that you might want to know:

Q1. What are my credentials?

A1. I have a background in nutrition focused on supporting and healing the nervous system & the gut-brain axis.  I also have extensive training in polyvagal theory, have studied the neuroscience of trauma, and have personally seen the incredible transformation that these tools have had (and continue to have) on myself and so many others suffering from high levels of stress and anxiety. I also have training across multiple creative arts therapy techniques.

Q2. Am I a doctor?

A2. Nope! I'm not a doctor (although maybe one day I'll be!), but for the time being I'm not so it's really important that you speak with your doctor before making any changes to your routine but even moreso if you stuggle from any form of mental illness.

Q3. Do these tools replace therapy?

A3. No they don't. Although I have extensive knowledge of trauma and the nervous system I'm not a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. These tools are a great addition to therapy but should never replace seeing a therapist if you are suffering from anxiety.

Q4. What are polyvagal-based exercises?

A4. They are physical exercises that activate the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system.

Q6. Is any of the information that I share medical advice?

A6. No. The information that I share is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The techniques and exercises shared are based on personal experience, holistic practices, and research, but they are not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health support from licensed professionals.

Always consult with your doctor, therapist, or qualified health provider before starting any new wellness, nutrition, or nervous system-related practice — especially if you have a medical or mental health condition, or are taking medications.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk. The creator of this program is not liable or responsible for any injuries, mental health challenges, or other adverse effects that may result from your use of the materials provided.
