Start Stressing Less Now

If you're ready to start stressing less but you're not sure what level of support you nervous system needs,​ I offer this program in three different ways:

  1. Miss Independent (you do it on your own)

  2. Within a group (4-10 people max) 

  3. 1:1 support

If you experience high levels of stress but you feel that you don't need any emotional support or anyone to help you stay accountable throughout the course, I'll simply send you the exercises each day along with the instructions on how to do them. The program takes 30 days to complete but you will have 3 months to practice all of the exercises - which will make you a pro!

 

I will provide you with a tracking sheet so that you can keep track of which exercises you try and how your stress levels are impacted over the course of 3 months. Once the 3 months are up you'll still have access to your tracking sheet and any PDF's but you will no longer need the videos because your nervous system and your mind will naturally know which exercises help your nervous system the most when stressful situations arise.

Life's A Little Easier When You've Got Support

Did you know that studies have shown that when we set a goal we're more likely to achieve it if we're a part of a community that's working to achieve the same thing? That's why I also offer this program in a group setting.

 

In order to make sure that you get even better results, when you sign up for the group version of the program you'll also have access to 1 live deep-dive group call with me about the nervous system & one super epic nervous system party call where you'll not only have a blast, but you'll also learn some really fun ways of stressing less with others.

 

In the workshops will cover:

 

  1. How to know when you're in flight, fawn, or freeze mode based on your physical posture and your internal dialogue.

  2. Which foods and supplements you can use to best support yourself based on what your primary nervous system state is.

  3. Lastly, we'll have a nervous system party, which will be a 100% play-based day for us to both celebrate and integrate the amazing work we've all done together.

You'll have access to a super awesome group chat where you can share your questions, thoughts, and experiences with the exercises that we try and you can also ​seek support and celebration for all the challenges as well as little wins that you achieve along the way. 

I will also do daily check ins to make sure that you feel safe and supported along the way. 

1:1 Support

Girl - are you ready to change your freaking life?! If you are - I'm so freaking excited and also so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support you on this magical af journey. ​The one on one version of this program looks like this:

  • Month one we'll be focused on understanding the nervous system, and together, we'll figure out your primary nervous system responses

  • Month two we'll look at how food impacts your mood and how you can use it to help you stress even less than you did in month 1

  • Month three we'll set you up for success by learning some simple ways of receiving support in the times when life's stressors feel a bit too overwhelming to handle on your own & we'll have a super epic party to celebrate just how far you've come in such a short time

What else you get when you work 1:1 with me:

  • A daily deep dive support check-in that's just for you

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 calls in which we'll get to the root cause of your responses and work to somatically release and reprogram them so that you can start responding differently in situations that you normally have a really hard time dealing with. (6 calls total)

  • Communication techniques that you can use to get the support you need when times are tough

FAQ's - because we've all got them right?

Here's everything and anything else that you might want to know:

Q1. What are my credentials?

A1. I have a background in nutrition focused on supporting and healing the nervous system & the gut-brain axis.  I also have extensive training in polyvagal theory, have studied the neuroscience of trauma, and have personally seen the incredible transformation that these tools have had (and continue to have) on myself and so many others suffering from high levels of stress and anxiety. I also have training across multiple creative arts therapy techniques.

Q2. Am I a doctor?

A2. Nope! I'm not a doctor (although maybe one day I'll be!), but for the time being I'm not so it's really important that you speak with your doctor before making any changes to your routine but even moreso if you stuggle from any form of mental illness. 

Q3. Does this program replace therapy?

A3. No it doesn't. Although I have extensive knowledge of trauma and the nervous system I'm not a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. This program is a great addition to therapy but should never replace seeing a therapist if you are suffering from mental illness. 

Q4. What are polyvagal based exercises?

A4. They are physical exercises that activate the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system.

Q5. Can you do this program if you have physical injuries?

A5. The exercises in this program involve the entire body so if you have physical injuries, please consult with your doctor before trying any of them.
