Paula Briones Guides you through an expansive journey into yourself and beyond by simply using the power of something that you always carry with you - your breath.

Sound

By combining Paula's guidance with Laura's channelled light language and carefully curated music designed to shift your brain wave states, the sounds in each session will help you to dive more deeply into yourself than in traditional breathwork sessions would.

Energy

The last element of each breathwork session that we bring is energetics. Both of us are not just trauma informed, but we're also able to sense people's emotional states and are able to further support people's experience by creating an energetic container for people to be all versions of themselves in safely.

Meet Your Guides

Laura Lee Peters

Laura is a nervous system rehabilitation specialist with a background in the nutritional science of nervous system repair, the neuroscience of trauma & frequency medicine.

She helps people to repair, rewire, and reset their nervous systems from chronic stress & anxiety so that they can stop simply surviving and finally start thriving. 

At each event, she holds space for people to process whatever emotions come up, and she helps to guide them back to safety through a combination of nervous system techniques and energy medicine techniques. She also channels healing sounds and light language to help them find deeper relaxation and healing.

Paula is a breathwork facilitator originally from Mexico City, devoted to exploring the connection between body, breath, and inner wisdom. With a lifelong background in yoga, meditation, and embodied practices, her work gently bridges the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms.

Introduced to yoga and meditation at a young age, Paula deepened her path through years of immersive study, including time living in an ashram in New York. Her journey has since expanded to include breathwork, sound therapy, and other mindfulness modalities that support deep presence and connection.

Through breathwork, Paula creates spaces for trust, openness, and remembrance — guiding others back to the beauty and wholeness already within them.
