I know you're short on time, so I made sure that this mini course is as simple, effective and easy to use as possible for you while also taking you less than 5-10 minutes of time per day! 

You can get through all the exercises in about an hour and a half if you'd like to, you can try them out and then create your own flow of exercises based on what feels good to you, or you can simply do 1 to 2 exercises per day over the course of 30 days. 

There is no right or wrong way to do this program - and no matter which exercises you do, you'll be lowering your cortisol levels, becoming more resilient to stress, and having fun while doing it!

To make things even simpler for you I've labeled each exercise based on one of the three following nervous system states: Flight, Fawn, Freeze/Shutdown.

FAQ's

Q: Are the exercises live or pre-recorded?

A: All of the exercises are pre-recorded so you can do them at your own pace and whenever it's convenient for you. You'll have access to the course for 1 year which will give you all the time you need to master your favourite exercises. 

Q: After how many days does it take to start seeing a difference in your stress levels?

A: Many people see a difference within 3-5 days of doing the exercises consistently. Results vary based on the level of deregulation you're experiencing in your nervous system.
 

Q: How do I know that I've reduced my stress and cortisol levels?

A: You'll know that you've shifted states if after doing the exercises you either: sigh, swallow, feel lighter, yawn, you cry or your eyes start leaking (doesn't feel like crying but just a gentle release), you feel a sense of decompression in your body, you're thinking a little bit less. 

Q. Is this course just for women?

A. Nope! Anyone can do this course as long as you don't have any injuries or mobility restrictions. 

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Due to the nature of this product, I do not offer refunds.

Q. Is this a replacement for therapy?

A. No, although doing these exercises will help to reduce cortisol and stress levels, they aren't a replacement for therapy. They are however, a great addition to it.
